ORDERING

We operate our webshop for retail and semi-bulk orders. We can only offer you higher quantities of Blotters or Lysergamides. For that, please contact us via email and we’ll answer you as soon as possible.

Very important note: we cannot change items or addresses to orders that are already in preparation at the warehouse. This affects all orders with the status  “Processing in progress”.

Below is a step-by-step process on how to order via the RareChems website:

• You must be at least 18 years old and understand all terms and conditions stated on our website and during the checkout process.
• Add the desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can then select a shipping method and a payment method.
• Please thoroughly read and accept the Terms & Conditions before you proceed to payment.
• Orders are processed in chronological order. After your payment is accepted, your order will be dispatched within 24-48h (or a bit longer depending on our workload).
• You will receive order confirmation, payment receipt, and shipping confirmation via email.
• Shipping is on Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on weekends.
• We ship worldwide with some limitations for Germany, Austria, the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland. Other countries may have restrictions depending on the product.
• Transit times for specific shipping services and countries can be found on our Shipping page.
• Make sure you select tracked shipping if needed. We cannot provide the status of non-tracked orders or give any additional information after a non-tracked order is shipped.
• We offer one free reship for tracked orders if the order is lost in transit. Undelivered orders due to customs, tax, import duties, or any other circumstances will not be re-shipped. Orders to invalid addresses will not be re-shipped. Untracked orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
